Lois Veronica Donaghue

September 14th, 2022 Lois V. Donaghue (Gourley) joined her heavenly father peacefully surrounded by family.

Lois was born to parents Joan and Robert Gourley in Milford, CT, November 28th, 1964. After high school, Lois relocated to New Jersey where she met her husband Drew and had her two children, Sean and McKenzie Donaghue. With the conclusion of her journey residing in North Haven, CT, Lois will always be remembered near and far as the central figure in the lives of her children as a compassionate spirit. Her passion was caring for her family, friends, and anyone in need. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She is best known for her sense of humor, fierce determination, and generous spirit.

Lois is survived by her husband Drew, her children Sean and McKenzie, mother Joan, brothers Timothy and Robert, and other family members. Lois is predeceased by her father, Robert Gourley.

While the family grieves the loss of their loved one, they are choosing to remember Lois in a way that honors her spirit. They invite family, friends, and loved ones to join them at a memorial ceremony. It will take place at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Milford, CT on Saturday, October 8th, at 9:30AM.
