Daisy Gregory

Daisy Gregory, 74, passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at Beacon Brook Health Center, Naugatuck, Conn., with family at her side after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.

Daisy was born Aug. 12, 1946, to the late Donald and Beatrice Turner. Formerly from Glen Lyon, she graduated from Newport Twp. High School, Wanamie, in 1964 before moving to Connecticut. A resident of Naugatuck, Daisy enjoyed working as a nurse's aide with Alzheimer's patients at Glendale Nursing Home in the 1980s and later worked at Lifetouch Photography in Derby. All who knew her will miss her sense of humor and her beautiful laugh.

Daisy is survived by her husband of 56 years, Daniel Gregory; children, Donald Gregory and his wife, Lynne; Darren Gregory and his wife, Kristi; Diana Godfrey; grandsons, David and Thomas Godfrey; and many extended family members and friends.
