Dominic Pepe

Dominic J. Pepe, 78 of Wallingford, beloved husband of Patricia A Pepe, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 25, 2022 at his home. 

He is survived by his wife, Patricia of 48 years, his sister Nancy Cerrotti and his daughters Kim Pepe, Christine Reilly (William), Jenn Pepe (Michelle) and Nicole DeLuca (Jeff) and his 11 grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, Vincenza Clemente Pepe and John Pepe as well as his siblings, Rose Ragucci, Peter Pepe and Ralph Pepe. 

Dom grew up in Hamden and later served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam War.  He was an avid Yankee fan, loved bowling, camping, going to the casino and spending time with his grandchildren.

The family thanks the nurses at Home Care Plus Community Hamden office and hospice team for their care of Dom in the preceding weeks. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House in honor of Dominic. 

A celebration of life will be held at the Church of the Resurrection, 115 Pond Hill Road in Wallingford, on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 10:00am.
