Donald Albert Bell

OXFORD - Donald Bell Jr., 69, of Oxford, CT, passed away November 3, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital after a long and courageous battle with lung disease. He was born in Waterbury, CT on October 6,1954 to the late Donald and Eleanor (Picanso) Bell and grew up in Beacon Falls. He attended Seymour High School. DJ worked many years at Devon Precision Industries in Wolcott.

Besides his parents he was also predeceased by two of his sisters, Audrey and Allison. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 49 years, Pam Bell of Oxford, Son Donald Bell III (Judy) of Farmington, Daughter Karen Arizmendi of Naugatuck and her four children Leonardo, Elisa, Gwendolyn and Bethany, Daughter Andrea (David) Marsh of Oxford, with whom he shared a home, and her four children Alyssa, Jasmine, Dani and Elena, and Son Billy Bell of Waterbury and his four children Amanda, Anthony, Ryan, and Kaitlyn. He also leaves behind his sisters Donna, Laurel, Leslie, and Faye and brothers Clinton, Stephen, and Phillip and many nieces and nephews. Donald was a family man who was very proud of his family. They meant everything to him.
