Elizabeth Dumond Tribute

Elizabeth A. Dumond, 95 of Manchester CT passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday October 4, 2023. She was born in Drummond NB Canada the daughter of Louis and Alma Beaulieu both deceased. Elizabeth was the dedicated wife of the late Ronaldo J. Dumond with whom she shared 47 years of marriage before his death in 1995.

Elizabeth was the last remaining sibling of 13 children. In addition to Ronaldo she was predeceased by her brothers Emile, Felix, Philip, Adrien, Lionel, Gerard and her sisters Evelyn, Alice, Estella, Jeannette, Marcella and Carmen. Also her brother-in-law Conrad Dumond and sisters-in-law Jackie and Rowena Dumond.

She was the proud mother of Lynn Pilawski and her husband Jan of Feeding Hills MA, Ronald Dumond of Nashville TN and Paul Dumond and his wife Portia of Stuart, FL. She also leaves 3 great grandsons Jaxson, Tyler and Brenden Dumond. In addition, her brother-in-law Rosaire Dumond of Van Buren ME, her God daughter Andrian Levesque of St. Basile NB Canada and many nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth was a faithful member of the Full Gospel Interdenominational church.

In her commitment to God, church and family she will be remembered for her loving nature, helping others and her arts and crafts especially knitting for family and friends. In her long life there are many pages and chapters and it has been a spectacular story.

The family is extremely grateful to the staff at Manchester Manor who provided the utmost care and compassion to Mom. She was extremely fond of Oya (Nurse Practitioner) and Judy (Nurse) at the Manor. The family would also like to thank Carol Coursey roommate of Mom. They provided each other with friendship and conniving conspiracies.

Respecting Elizabeth's wishes no wake or funeral will be held. She will be buried next to her beloved husband in Stuart, FL. A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date.
