Jean Ann Morse

Jean Ann Morse, of Madison CT, departed her loving family on December 10, 2023 at the age of 76 after a long battle with cancer. It would be wrong to say that Jean lost her battle with cancer because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. She was born in Frenchville, ME and was the daughter of the late Aurel and Doris (Paradis) Bouchard. Jean raised her children with love and devotion in East Haven, CT.

Jean is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Richard of Madison, CT and two children, Todd Morse and his wife Kristine of Plymouth MA and Melissa Balletto and her husband Jeffery of Madison CT. She is also survived by her grandchildren Abigail Morse, Jack Balletto, Jill Morse and Connor Balletto, who was affectionately called her Meme and Memere. Also survived by three siblings, Bob Bouchard and his wife Colette of Frenchville ME, Margaret Albert and her husband Jean of Northford CT, and Janice Ouellette and her husband Phil of St. Agatha ME as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by her brothers, James and Larry Bouchard.

Following Jean's final wishes there are no services planned. Jean's family will celebrate her privately in the Summer of 2024. In lieu of flowers donation may be sent to the Madision Senior Center at 29 Bradley Road Madison CT 06443.
