Robert John Fonseca, 82, of Brookfield, CT passed away peacefully Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, after a prolonged battle with Dementia and a short illness surrounded by his children at Danbury Hospital.
Robert was born in Danbury, CT and was a longtime resident of Brookfield, CT for 55 years. He was a lover of fixing things, spending most of his career in maintenance at Pitney Bowes. He enjoyed spending time with his family for breakfast at Bagelman or dinner at his daughter's house. An avid animal lover, he had two Keeshonds during his life who he missed dearly.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Angela, his daughter Renee, his son Rob and his wife Kate and his two grandchildren, Reis and Owen. He also leaves behind his brother Roy, his wife Maria, his nephew Brian and his wife Kara.
There will be no calling hours. In his memory, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org
