Obituary
Troy S. LeRoy, 62, of Milford passed away February 11, 2023 at the VA in West Haven, Connecticut after a long illness. He was the son of Joyce Zaniewski and the late Anthony LeRoy Jr. and stepson of the late Harry Zaniewski.
He is survived by his beloved children Ryan (Michelle), Sara, and Eric LeRoy, their mother Elizabeth LeRoy, his siblings Jodi Holmes, Carla Farrace, Joseph Zaniewski, and Stacey (Pat) Scirocco, his closest friend Traci Stone, and several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Troy served the US Army Airborne at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, worked as a carpenter for many years, and was a pressman before his illness. Beloved by many, he loved golf and the outdoors, and had a quick wit that everyone enjoyed. He is preceded in death by his brothers Anthony LeRoy III, Rick LeRoy, and his brother-in-law Donald Holmes.
A Christian Mass will be celebrated for Troy on Thursday March 2nd at 11:00am at Our Lady of Grace, 497 Second Hill Lane, Stratford. He will be laid to rest at St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford, immediately following the service.
